Challenge 93, an egg carton
When really looking at the egg carton on my counter top, I was amazed at how dark the shadows were. I've always played with these cardboard cartons and think they are much more fun than the styrofoam...shows the criteria by which I buy eggs. This was fun in spite of how I struggle to learn watercolor.

HOLY MOLY, this is gorgeous!! Wow, just great!!
Wow - I thought this was a B/W photo at first!! This is excellent work!!
Kay, this is terrific. I know about being frustrated with watercolor, but you've done so much with it, really. Your work improves by leaps and bounds, you should be so pleased. And you're absolutely right about shadows, they are tough and slippery to capture. Good work.
Well... I love this one. great work.
BEAUTIFULLY BEAUTIFULLY DONE, Kay! Shadows, lines, depth .. all of it!! absolutely wonderful job!!!
This is really nice work! You controlled the color very well - hats off! :-)
You look like you're doing really well with your watercolor. The shading and values is terrific and the whole painting is really strong, in my opinion.
If this is watercolor, my hat's off to you. It's magnificent.
Kay this is excellent. I am really really struggling with this challenge. I never realised how difficult it would be to draw. Excellent job!
Kay,
I thought this was a photo at first glance. You had your eyes, brain and hands in sync on this one!!! You rock like Led Zepplein x3.

Wow! Fantastic. I thought it was a photo too! I wish I "struggled" with water color as well as you do! :)
