Working again in water color and trying some blue underpainting. We have had a model for a session which was great. This was fun to do. I may go back over it with burnt sienna to see what may happen to the lights.
Looked through a few pages of your blog, I like this one best, the nuns are very nice too. Nice composition,very sensitive line and brushstrokes. Beautiful! I think figure drawing is helpful to all my other art. I've just posted a slideshow of figures if you'd care to look.

Lovely use of layers. Will you leave it this way, or show progressive stages as you add color?
I don't know. I may do it again and then add color.
Oh, I love the blues here, it goes so well with the model's pose, I could see it staying just as it is. Nice work.
